Who wouldn’t want to visit Cuba? Tropical places, the ocean, music, dance and even more reasons to revel in the beauty of one of the most visited Caribbean islands. But here’s our piece of advice – choose a direct flight, if possible. That’s because take-offs and landings produce the largest amount of emissions. Therefore, you should always choose direct flights, even if they’re more expensive sometimes. You can also choose an airline that produces less emissions. For a long time, Cuba had a two-currency system, which consisted of the Cuban convertible peso, which was used by foreigners and locals for specific things, and the Cuban (national) peso.
