Youth hostel Vetrnica

Would  you like to stay in a good hostel, but spend less money? Then you're right at the youth hostel Vetrnica, located in the town Ruše at Maribor.

Not far away from Maribor, the second biggest city in Slovenia, just under the hill Pohorje, you'll find the town Ruše.

Ruše is the perfect starting point for winter as for summer activities, skiing, winter cycling,  sledding or cycling along the Drava river, hiking and exploring the beauty of nature around.

Youth hostel Vetrnica is located in the same building as the hotel Veter. All together the hostel offers 16 rooms, half of them with three beds, the other half with four. All rooms have their own bathroom with shower (also a hairdryer), TV and wirelles internet.

In the quadruple rooms there are 2 bunkbeds, in the triple room there is a bunk bed and a normal single bed.

In the price included is continental breakfast, but also a supplement for buffet breakfast is possible. Also in the price included are bed linen, towels and the use of wirelless internet.

Guests of the youth hostel Vetrnica can also make use of half - or fullboard, as there are no cooking possibilities in the room.

Youth hostel Vetrnica is especially because of it's position that great, as you got easy access to nature and sport activities, as well as the city and the party. Especially in the summertime there is plenty going on in Ruše, like the summer festival Letni oder Ruše, which amazes it's visitors not only by watching the artists but also with the amazing scenes, where the artist appear.

From Maribor you can easily reach our youth hostel by car in less then 15 minutes. Of course it's also possible to take the train or the bus, which station is just outside from our hostel. Next to the hostel is also a big supermarket.
