Daša Štalc

I'm a big nature and animal lover, which is the main reason I chose to study biology and ecology at the University of Maribor. Instead of taking a week off on the Croatian coast and lying at the beach, I rather spend my vacation doing voluntary work in Italy or visit a friend, whom I met during my last youth exchange. It means a lot to me, to get to know new cultures and people, so I try to combine volunteering and travelling. Like a typical person from Gorenjska, I try not to spend a lot of money, since I believe that good adventures and memories can't be bought. In my free time, I enjoy reading a good book and going for a walk with my dog Bella.
